Spring Flourish!

Like some (MANY!) of the local gardens our real estate market has had a substantial spring flourish.

Listing activity – as expected – has been huge this spring and we are listing heavy. As inventory continues to rise and choices are no longer limited, conditions for the Buyer side of the table are continually improving. Not so much on the Seller side though, but we saw that coming and it hasn’t been a secret for some time now.

As I’ve said before, savvy Sellers are sharpening their pencils and getting deals done. Unfortunately though, for some Sellers the memory of the fat bottom lines of the early 2020’s are clouding the decision making process and properties are sitting unsold as a result.

These conditions add to the Buyer advantage and many are taking their time, looking for “a good deal”. Well, we were expecting that too but it doesn’t mean your real estate transaction can’t be a win/win. Sharp Buyers and Sellers are making deals.
