Summer heat is here, and so is an unusual trend in the market. Single family properties under $2M remain very attractive and are showing no signs of the usual summer slowdown.
This may or may not continue, but it’s worth noting that this segment continues to be very, very active at this time of year. If you’re shopping in this category, be as ready as possible.
