As the Squamish real estate market begins it’s annual change from quiet to active, it’s common to be wondering what lies before us.

This year’s market is presenting us all with a dramatically different start than last year. The top end of the market is off to a very strong start, and if it runs again it will almost certainly pull the entire market along with it.

With that said, rest assured that the Squamish market is still firmly buyer driven. Of course that could easily change over the course of the spring season, especially with looming rate cut(s) and ongoing demand.
