To AI or not AI, that is the question

When you’re looking for help, when you want to speak with and get an answer from a real person, when you want informative anecdotal information, when you want to connect on a personal level… that’s me. When you call, you’ll speak with me, not an assistant. When you email, it will be me who replies. When you ask for an appointment, it’s me you’ll meet with and speak to. It’s me who watches the system on your behalf, watching for appropriate properties, locations and pricing. You’ll always get me. Me.

I value the personal connection. If that’s old school, then I am decidedly and unapologetically so.
